The raw Materials
Yet again, it can be anything of your choice depending upon the overall size, strength and storage space you intend to allocate to your box. A basic box can be crafted using durable cardstock. E-Flute comes in 1/16”. It can definitely contribute to the strength of the product, but it will save you storage space compared than other thicker materials. If you want your box to have a curvy appearance with added die-cutting, you might want to consider Bux Board as the right option. Other than these three, we provide corrugated sheets and Kraft for added durability.
Standard industry Level printing
When it comes to printing options, we offer two types of color models: CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key), and PMS (Pantone Matching System). Both of these methods yield different results, each which can be applied to suit different designs. The former involves using three primary hues to create a bi-product, and the fourth key element (which is black) to create depth and shading. The latter uses ink mixed prior to application to any surface.
Paper Crafting
We give a lot of attention to details by scoring, die-cutting, perforating, and gluing our raw materials. Finishing touches can be given using gloss, matte, or spot UV.
